We offer an award-winning portfolio of management development, custom training and executive MBA programs through the College of Business' Center for Executive Education (CEE).

The Center's leading position in supply chain management, lean enterprise and process improvement is reflected through open enrollment and custom executive development programming and our three Executive MBA programs.

We have been delivering results through management development courses since 1972. Each year we work with thousands of individuals and dozens of organizations - including many aerospace organizations such as Alcoa, Allied Signal, Boeing, Cessna, Delta Airlines, Federal Express, GE, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman and the U.S. Air Force. The scale of our activities goes from one-on-one executive coaching to large-scale process change in facilities employing 5,000 and more.

Our strategy to developing innovative Executive MBA programs is to employ a “clean sheet” design approach in which a cross-functional team focuses on the particular needs of a well-defined student population. As a result of this design process, we are able to offer innovative, highly compressed programs that are ideally suited to the needs of the targeted students.
