Support from your employer is essential to successful completion of this program. Your employer must endorse your attendance, your time away from work, and the program's applied management projects. In particular, it is critical that sponsors agree to and respect the crucial immersion concept of the program and allow you to put your full focus and effort on your education during the residence periods.

Typically, given the immediate gains of the year's projects and long-term value of the knowledge and leadership skills acquired [see Corporate Sponsors], organizations provide full financial support for participants of the Aerospace MBA program. However, some organizations may require that participants share some of the financial costs. Such financial sharing arrangements should be worked out in advance and must clearly be stated in the program application.

Individuals sharing costs or those who pay the cost themselves may want to make use of either the federal government's Stafford Loan Program or the Executive MBA loan program offered by the Graduate Management Admissions Council.
